This notice explains how personal information submitted through the Remote QS website or enquiry form is used.
Who is responsible
F & K CONSULTANCY LTD, trading as Remote QS Consulting, is responsible for personal information received through this website. Company number 16885540. Registered office: Flat 7 Bridge House, Bridge Street, Halstead, England, CO9 1HT.
Information used
If you make an enquiry, you may provide your name, email address, organisation and project information. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, understand the requested scope, prepare a quotation and manage the resulting business relationship. It is processed where necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to meet legal obligations and for legitimate business interests such as responding to enquiries and keeping proportionate records.
Sharing and processors
Information is not sold. Zoho provides the enquiry form and business email. OpenAI Sites provides website hosting. These providers may process information to deliver their services and apply their own security and international-transfer safeguards.
How long information is kept
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Information connected with a contract, payment or legal obligation may be kept for longer where required.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to how it is used. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact fabio.paula@remoteqs.com for a privacy request.
