Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal information submitted through the Remote QS website or enquiry form is used.
Optional website statistics
If you allow statistics, we remember the first source recorded for your browser and approved campaign labels, then link these to page loads, quote-form openings, confirmed enquiries and library purchases. This helps us see which sources bring useful interest. We do not send these records to advertising platforms. Declining does not affect the service. The choice applies to remoteqs.com and rates.remoteqs.com. A secure preference cookie remembers the choice for 90 days; a random analytics identifier lasts up to 30 days. Limited source, event and account/order links are held on our existing Cloudflare hosting and become eligible for deletion after 30 days. Known staff and marked test browsers are excluded. We do not collect full referring URLs, search terms, advertising click IDs, IP addresses or device fingerprints in this feature. Quote-form openings are not submitted enquiries. With your consent, an anonymous reference accompanies the Zoho form; Zoho returns this reference after submission so we can count the enquiry by source, without copying your name, email or project details into statistics. The reference retained with the enquiry follows normal enquiry-record retention. Change your choice using Statistics preferences at the bottom of the website. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable optional measurement. Full details, including cookie names and purchase attribution, are at https://rates.remoteqs.com/privacy. Standard hosting/security processing and the underlying account and financial records are separate.

Information used
If you make an enquiry, you may provide your name, email address, organisation and project information. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, understand the requested scope, prepare a quotation and manage the resulting business relationship. It is processed where necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to meet legal obligations and for legitimate business interests such as responding to enquiries and keeping proportionate records.
Sharing and processors
Information is not sold. Zoho provides the enquiry form and business email. OpenAI Sites provides website hosting. These providers may process information to deliver their services and apply their own security and international-transfer safeguards.
How long information is kept
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Information connected with a contract, payment or legal obligation may be kept for longer where required.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to how it is used. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact fabio.paula@remoteqs.com for a privacy request.
